Recent Fashions!

Jessa and I have been doing a lot of shopping lately...I have to give much credit to our friend who moved, and was getting rid of many of these beautiful dresses, sweaters, shirts, and shoes! We were pretty lucky. Also, credit goes to Chelsea and Jessa for some of these pieces ;-) And then of course, good ol' Salvation Army, Goodwill, and Valueland!!! 

Just downloaded Ben Fold's "Way To Normal" and Kanye West "Love Lockdown"...I see myself dancing a lot in the future.

Little girl: Daddy, why did that car just honk?

Grandma Bird still in the hospital.

Trying to catch up on homework. 

Ahhh.

Want to do something fun...but...nothing is catching my attention enough to pull me away from the endless amount of homework! 

Just got home from working. I think I scooped around 12-15 cones today...pretty slow! I made a lot of waffle cones, and we got all caught up on everything around the shop so that was a good feeling. 

My Grandma Jo from Florida is coming in next week, and I couldn't be more excited. I love my Grandparents so much!!! Eee!! Its always great to see them. I'm going to try and get down there sometime in the next few months. 

School is going really well. I have a lot of homework, but I've been staying on top of it just fine. As long as I dedicate a few hours a night to it...there's really no issue. My first math quiz is tomorrow...eek. 

 

I'm already procrastinating. Kind of I guess. I mean, I've done reading, etc. I'm just taking my time answering this last question/dreading doing my math homework. I hate math. I can't be more emphatic about this. I HATE MATH.  

I'm in a such a bad mood tonight. I think I should start praying to be less sensitive. Sometimes I just get so obsessive about certain things. And when they don't go my way, agh. Its just bad. I know this. I know this about me. I know I'm kind of spoiled and I can be kind of impatient. I just don't always know what to do about it. 

And my body hurts. Agh I'm whiney. Disregard this post please.

First day

Just finished my first day as a Grand Valley student. I'm so excited.

Everything is good.

So many people.

The downtown campus is great.

BUT BEST OF ALL IS RIDING WITH JESSA. Cos then I dun has to be alone all day. 

Two of my classes have no-laptop policies. Agh.

My shoulders are sore. 

The bottoms of my heels came off. It was a mess, but I trudged on ; ) 

Working tonight from 6-10:30. No school on Tuesdays. And then on Wednesday I see Jessa again! Lawls. Iz like the highlight of my academic day. 

More later. 

Went to GV's campus today to find my classes. I may or may not be more lost now? I went with Chelsea. 

Worked tonight at Jersey. Nothing very exciting happening. 

Saw Andrea. Went out for sushi. 

Am going to Chelsea's tomorrow to basically move around the entire house. And some of Phil's things. 

I think thats all. 

I don't feel like posting.

I worked my first day back at Jersey Junction. 

Home from camp. 

If I start debriefing I may never stop.

PS The season of birthdays is upon us. Happy Birthday to Matt today.

So I have one more week left at camp. So far its been pretty good, kind of a love-hate relationship. 

Tiring. Very. 

I'm looking forward to coming home.
